Manage studio including tidiness, supplies and presentation. 2. Manage and follow-up class materials, soap production operation and flow including studio’s products and students’ work, from storage, temperature control to packing and delivery. 3. Manage inventory and conduct competitive cost comparison, and handle customers’ order including packing and delivery. 4. Handle customers’ enquiry in all channels including quotations. 5. Assist in handling book-keeping work and manage filing of documents. 6. Assist in promotional design work and social media posts including photo taking. 7. Assist in scheduling of classes and staff roaster and update of booking system. 8. Assist in teaching classes (on-site, studio and online) including preparation work and wrapping up. 9. Assist in organizing and preparing for company events. 10. Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as deem appropriate. Requirement: 1. Fluent in Chinese with good presentation skills. English is a plus. 2. Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft, Google, Social Media apps, Canva, Quickbook and Wix etc. 3. Good sense of aesthetics and presentation. 4. Good skincare understanding and competitive soap technique and knowledge. 5. Good team member, eager to learn, humble, patient, fast-paced, friendly and cheerful characters with environmental awareness and can-do spirit. 6. Passionate in natural handcraft and strong desires to develop career and business in the industry. 7. Certificated students from our studio got priority. 8.
