CUSTOMER CARE
Please prepare and bring along your own container and bag for pick-up of your finished products.
You are encouraged to bring along recycle paper box / bags, otherwise there will be a charge of containers / bags at HKD5 each. Thank you for your support in environmental awareness.
*For CP Soap Class, finished products will be ready for pick-up after 3 days.
**For HP Liquid Soap Class, please be reminded to bring along a hot-resistant plastic box with 500g volume and a bag with keep-warm function.

All services rendered by the Company are scheduled and provided on a non-refundable basis.
Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, log-in schedule in website, or phone call will be processed without a penalty.
Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment (except unexpected health & weather condition) or NO-SHOW will be subject to a charge of HKD200 of rescheduling fee. Re-scheduling is subject to availability and must be completed within three calendar months.

Peace be Natural collects different information in order to help us improve the services and products we offer; and to provide unique personalized services and products to each registrant.
Peace be Natural collects information on you when you register with the Peace be Natural website.
You are under no obligation to provide your complete personal data. However, the minimum information we require for us to be able to provide you with our products and services are your name, phone number and e-mail address.

Your purchase history;
Your name, address, mobile phone number and email address;
Your credit card details, payment details including type of payment;
Other information from your interaction with our sites, services, and content, including computer and connection information, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the sites, ad data, IP address and standard web log information.

To process your contract renewal and upgrade

We intend to use your phone number and email in direct marketing activities such as promotion of our workshops / retail products, enewsletters, contract renewal and upgrades (including but not limited to renewal of membership packages and others), market updates and other services or updates.
