SHIPPING POLICY

Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $2,000 within Hong Kong. For orders under $2,000, we charge $35 for local delivery. Deliveries are made within 7 days per request. We will contact you via text message/whatsapp with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Wanchai Studio. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 7 to 14 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are subject to studio availability per appointment. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Peace be Natural is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Peace be Natural! We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase of products, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
